Dan Visser is a prominent leader in the UK hospitality industry, currently serving as the Commercial Director at the Langdale Estate in the heart of the Lake District National Park. Since joining the estate in 2008, Dan has been a key member of the senior management team, overseeing the commercial strategy for one of the Lake Districts largest hospitality employers.

With a career built on a passion for sustainable tourism and collaborative growth, Dan has held several influential leadership roles within the wider Cumbrian business community including Chair of Cumbria Tourism and Trustee of the Lake District Foundation.

Beyond his professional roles, Dan is an active member of the local community, once serving as the Race Director for the Langdale Road Races. His unique perspective combines high-level commercial expertise with a deep commitment to preserving the world-class landscape and vibrant communities of the Lake District.
