Chris Bell is the Contact & Advice Centre Manager at the UK International Consumer Centre (UKICC). Since his appointment, Chris has been instrumental in rebuilding and leading the only specialist team that provides vital support to UK consumers navigating cross-border disputes.
The UKICC, hosted by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI), sits at the heart of an international consumer advice network. Under Chris’s leadership, the Centre collaborates closely with the European Consumer Centres (ECC) Network to resolve complex out-of-court disputes between consumers and international traders.
Chris is a passionate advocate for consumer rights and frequently collaborates with national regulatory bodies to ensure that international consumer protection remains a priority within the UK's fair-trading landscape.
